When you get an invite for a Friday day date to close out the week, you go! And this brewery delivered. We were apart of the early crowd. Onsite staff was accommodating and helpful. We were ready to enjoy slushy wine, wings, and deep dish pizza. Yum! Also, went home with a chilled bottle of 2021 Vino di Nonni. There is plenty of parking, full kitchen menu, onsite tasting room outback and live band @5pm. We will revisit!

They’ve got a decent selection of beers, but their pizza 🍕 is the standout here! I’d describe it as a Sicilian style, rectangular pizza. It’s got a thick but light and airy crust with plenty of sauce and cheese. The sauce is just slightly sweet, and they don’t skimp on toppings. They have a variety of toppings and you can do 1/2 and 1/2 toppings on a full tray. Standard is 8 cut rectangular slices, but you can ask them to cut it into 12 square slices if you prefer.
ymmv, but the folks that work in their kitchen have always been super friendly and accommodating, and service is always prompt. Cross my fingers, but we’ve always had great experiences with their kitchen staff.
You can also order their food online for takeout, which is also super convenient if you’re craving their pizza to go and don’t want to wait after ordering. Their hot pretzel sticks with beer cheese is also super tasty 😋.
