VABrewGuide.com is an independent craft brewery discovery platform. We are not affiliated with any brewery, brewing association, or alcohol regulatory body.

We work hard to keep brewery information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete or up to date at all times. Brewery hours, locations, and status can change without notice.

• Hours shown on the site may not reflect current or holiday hours
• "Open now" status is based on stored hours data — verify directly with the brewery before making a special trip
• A brewery listed as open may be temporarily closed for a private event, renovation, or other reason not reflected in our data
• Ratings and reviews are sourced from Google Places and may not reflect recent changes

We update brewery information through automated weekly refreshes from Google Places and through corrections submitted by visitors and brewery owners. If you notice inaccurate information, please let us know.

You may use VABrewGuide.com for personal, non-commercial brewery discovery. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content without our written permission
• Use the site to collect information about breweries for a competing directory or commercial product
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any form on the site
• Attempt to circumvent spam filters, rate limiting, or any other security measures
• Use automated tools to submit contact forms or other user-facing inputs
• Misrepresent yourself as a brewery owner when submitting a claim request

Brewery listings on this site are created and maintained by VABrewGuide.com using publicly available data from OpenBreweryDB and Google Places. Breweries do not pay to be listed in the directory.

Brewery owners may claim their listing and submit updates or pay for featured placement. By claiming a listing and submitting information, you represent that:

• You are an authorized representative of the brewery
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit any photos or content you provide

We reserve the right to verify ownership claims, reject or remove inaccurate submissions, and revoke claimed listing access if we determine a claim was made in bad faith.

Featured placement purchases are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase. Placements are non-transferable and apply to a single brewery listing for the purchased duration.

When you submit information through any form on this site — including contact forms, correction reports, or feature suggestions — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to improve the site and its listings. We will not publish your personal contact information publicly.

The VABrewGuide.com name, logo, site design, and original written content are owned by VABrewGuide.com and may not be reproduced without permission.

Brewery names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. We display this information for discovery purposes only.

Photos displayed on the site are sourced from Google Places and are subject to Google's usage terms. If you are a brewery owner and have concerns about a specific photo, please contact us.

VABrewGuide.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or free from errors
• Brewery information is accurate, complete, or current
• Any brewery you visit based on information from this site will meet your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VABrewGuide.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information found here. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from visiting a brewery that was incorrectly listed as open.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in Virginia courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
