This brewery is a fantastic spot with an impressive beer selection that offers something for every taste, from crisp lagers to IPAs and smooth stouts. There’s plenty of seating inside, making it comfortable even during busy hours, and the layout still feels open and relaxed. Stockyard Brewery absolutely blew us away. First of all, the brisket nachos are some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. They were so good I was still thinking about them the next day LOL. What truly made this place special though was the care and thoughtfulness of the people behind it. My son is allergic to folate and when I casually asked if the pretzel contained folate, the owner’s wife overheard and immediately jumped in to tell me that she had tested countless pretzels to find this exact one because her own child is allergic to folate too. Knowing the pretzel is folate-free meant more to us than I can even explain. That level of empathy and attention is rare and incredibly meaningful. My kid had zero issues eating here which NEVER happens. I also have to mention how impressed I was with their drink options. Most breweries around town don’t really cater to people who are pregnant or doing Dry January, so I was genuinely shocked (in the best way) to see that they sell Olipop. My sister in law who is pregnant was finally able to have a drink with us besides water! It’s such a thoughtful, healthy option to soda, and it made me feel like they truly thought about everyone who might walk through their doors. On top of the food and hospitality, the space itself is stunning. They’re in the process of building a beautiful wedding venue, and there’s also a really cool bar underneath the main bar that’s perfect for events. I honestly wish I had found this place sooner! I got married last year, and this venue checks every box. I’m genuinely bummed we missed the chance to host our wedding here. Amazing food, incredibly thoughtful owners, and a space that truly has something for everyone. We’ll absolutely be back and telling everyone we know.
