I was in Virginia Beach last June and stopped by Vibrant Shore twice. Absolutely loved it. Tried a couple different beers and they were all very good. One night there were a couple very cute and friendly dogs and guy singing out front. Awesome chill atmosphere. Only wish I had found it earlier in the trip.
